Returning to Tauranga in 1994 from a successful sales career in Auckland’s marine trade Ray joined the Realty Services Group, Owned and Managed by Brian Waldegrave & Richard Cashmore.

In his formative years Ray got to work shoulder to shoulder with two of the most experienced in their fields, Colin Martin and Gil Beadle.

By 2002 with a growing client base and repeat business established, Rays wife Linda joined him to compliment their business.

In 2002 Bayleys Real Estate, established in 1964, formed a joint Real Estate venture in the Bay of Plenty with Richard Cashmore & Brian Waldegrave.
